We passionately provide individuals with a true resident centered care model with a realistic clinical perspective in all business decisions. We believe that individuals are not defined by their disease process and simply providing assistance with basic activities of daily living is insufficient. Our flagship location, Nightingale Residence, is nestled in Richfield, conveniently situated near I-35W and surrounded by popular destinations like LA Fitness, Pizza Luce, and Southdale Mall. With stunning views of Richfield Lake, residents can enjoy peaceful walks along the nearby trail, immersing themselves in the beauty of nature right outside their door.

The word Magnanimous comes from the latin terms “Magnus” meaning “great” and “animus” meaning “soul”, literally describing someone who is big-hearted. We are staffed 24/7 with kind, compassionate, and competent care givers we call Resident Advocates. The goal of the Resident Advocate is to be engaged, directly or indirectly, with their residents 100% of the time while promoting autonomy by encouraging as much independence as possible.

A: Yes, our team lead is a registered nurse with experience in complex care, and we can provide 24-hour awake support for specialty cases.
